TMT First - Warranty

30 Day Warranty...

TMT First supplies a 30 day warranty with all devices bought from our trade counter and covers manufacturer faults but does not cover the consumer or business purchasing this device for anything other.

Conditions that sit outside the warranty include but might not be exclusive to the below:

TMT First reserve the right to refuse any claims if any of the above is found to be the case when a device is returned. 

TMT First reserve the right to repair or replace any returned devices. Any device returned with iCloud, FMI locked, Activation Lock or any other method preventing access to the device will void warranty coverage, these must be removed/deactivated before any warranty claim can be processed.

Please note, battery warranty varies for different devices. If you are unsure about any of the above, please contact us first.

All returns must be accompanied with an authorised RMA number if you do not have this number your return/warranty claim cannot be processed. Please contact tradereturns@tmtfirst.co.uk to request an RMA number.
